Short version: RupeeCompass is free to use and currently earns nothing from its calculators: there are no affiliate links and no advertising on the site. If that changes, we may add clearly labelled partner links or advertising, and we will update this page and the Privacy Policy first. Either way, no commercial arrangement changes what a calculator computes or displays.
RupeeCompass may also show clearly labelled display advertising in future. If it does, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first.
What We Never Do
- We never submit your calculator inputs (income, loan amount, age, health status, etc.) to any partner or third party.
- We never let commission arrangements change what a calculator computes or displays.
- We never collect a form on this site that captures your personal or financial details.
Editorial Independence
Our calculators, explanations, and worked examples are written and maintained independently of our partners:
- Partners cannot review, approve, or change calculator logic, default values, or written content.
- The same inputs always produce the same result, whether or not a page carries an affiliate link and whichever partner it links to.
- When we describe a type of product, we describe it neutrally, including its drawbacks, whether or not a partner sells it.
- If we find or are told about an error, we correct it regardless of whose interests the correction affects.
